oh, where do i even begin? the receptionist acted like we were an inconvenience during check-in & the room was simply too warm, with no draft options available to cool it down, unbelievable! i expected a complimentary gesture for my effort in staying at this 'hotel' but apparently, that’s only for special guests, not just anybody. so disappointed.

Loved the keyless check-in—so sharp-sharp! The breakfast in the winter garden was just lekker, proper spread with all the hams and cheeses. Plus, secured parking was a nice touch!
Just a bit noisy from the street at night, but nothing too crazy.

Too warm in the room, making it uncomfortable without a draft option!!! Noise from the busy Main Street ruined sleep, especially when windows had to remain open!!! Cleanliness could use improvement with hair remnants on bathroom wall!!!
